LIMITING

No Spending Extra Money

  • Nothing extra was spent!

No Soda / Processed Foods

  • No soda has been consumed and I have no urge or craving at all.
  • I had some processed chocolate and tea. That’s it!

No Wearing Brandon窶冱 Clothes

  • I窶况e been wearing only my clothes. Easy peasy.

No YouTube / Netflix / Streaming Shows and Movies

  • I did watch youtube throughout the week this week. I would really like to get this together.

Limited Social Media

  • I have not opened Facebook except to message family
  • I窶况e been spending less time on Twitter too. I窶冦 just throwing status updates on there whenever.
  • I hardly go on Instagram.

Limited WiFi On Phone

  • This could窶况e gone a little better. I窶冦 addicted to checking my email.
  • I’ve had Chrome and Gmail on my phone all week.

U P D A T E S

This week was great!ツIツspent 35 hours working on my business. I am making strides in putting my business on the forefront.

I did not read any books this week and I’m grateful for the break! I already have the next book locked and loaded.

According to the scale, I gainedツ2.4 pounds. I checked 3 times. It’s hard to get a reading because my house isn’t very leveled. So, I’m not sure how accurate that is. Nonetheless, I feel good and I am seeing my face get more definition. Which is all I WANT.

So, today I meal prepped a bunch of food and I am on my way to committing to the dailyツdozen this week.

Vday,ツmy bday and my anniversary are Thursday. Now, we already said that this day is immune to the extra challenge. So, I’m planning on a light lunch and an outdoor adventure.

Other than that, I will be busting my ass on my business, reading a book, exercising,ツeating healthy and helping my newly adult brother set up an investing account.

Also, our dryerツis broken. I just love unexpected expenses. We figure that we should pay to get it fixed even if we use our clothesline a lot. We have animals and the bunny uses mats as a bathroom which are washed once a week. These need to be dried immediately or he’ll do his business right on the carpet.

So we would have to go to the laundry mat. Which is a big expense over time. So, we’re getting quotes… ugh.
