S T A T S

(the goals I want to achieve this year)

Plant-based: 19/312 days
Exercise: 27/260 days
Weight: -/+0lb from last week, -5.8lb this year
GaaT: 5/365 blog posts

I read How Not to Die Cookbook by Dr. Michael Greger, Robin Robertson

Mini Tweet-Sized Review:

How Not to Die Cookbook by Dr. Michael Greger with recipes by Robin Robertson is beautiful. Although it claims that the featured meal plan will help you meet the daily dozen, I went through the days and the combined meals didn’t meet all the checks… so that.

LIMITING

(the habits I want to stop or limit)

No Spending Extra Money

  • Nothing extra was spent despite it being our anniversary and my birthday this week. We already said that this day was the exception. We didn’t go overboard though. Just a lunch at Red Robin and we bought a couple of board/card games.

No Soda / Processed Foods

  • No soda has been consumed and I have no urge or craving at all.
  • All processed gunk is in my gut rn.

No Wearing Brandon窶冱 Clothes

  • I窶况e been wearing only my clothes. Easy peasy.

No YouTube / Netflix / Streaming Shows and Movies

  • I watched a shit ton of YouTube this week.

Limited Social Media

  • I have not opened Facebook except to message family
  • I窶况e been spending less time on Twitter too. I窶冦 just throwing status updates on there whenever.
  • I hardly go on Instagram.

Limited WiFi On Phone

  • Everything is opened and I had no progress on anything this week at all.

WHAT CAN I DO BETTER?

  • Go back through these posts and implement past suggestions. This week really went haywire.

U P D A T E S

It was my birthday, valentine’s day and anniversary this week! That totally gave me an excuse to lounge around and do nothing right? I regret it..

But here’s to this week!

I also counted a cookbook as a book. LOL

I also got a treadmill and rigged it up with my diyツstanding desk to make a diyツtreadmill desk.

I am actually getting excited for tomorrow! Why? Because my blog posts are showing up in the search results and people are actually finding them and clicking.

This is so motivating to keep going!
