No complete books this week, but I read over 600 pages of a Game of Thrones book (807 page book, like WHAT) and I窶冦 44% done of Finish by Jon Acuff. So it feels like I窶况e read 2 books, lol. But this week may be a 2 hitter!

LIMITING

(the habits I want to stop or limit)

No Spending Extra Money

  • We bought ice cream on Wednesday. I should deduct it from this week’s food budget.

No Soda / Processed Foods

  • No soda has been consumed and I have no urge or craving at all.
  • I had processed foods. Ice cream, Italian ices, vegan meatballs.

No Wearing Brandon窶冱 Clothes

  • I窶况e been wearing only my clothes. Easy peasy.

No YouTube / Netflix / Streaming Shows and Movies

  • I watched a shit ton of YouTube this week.
  • And I watch Bob窶冱 Burgers, Family Guy and American Dad as new episodes come out.

Limited Social Media

  • I have not opened Facebook except to message family
  • I窶况e been spending less time on Twitter too. I窶冦 just throwing status updates on there whenever.
  • I hardly go on Instagram.

Limited WiFi On Phone

  • Everything is opened and I had no progress on anything this week at all.

I M P R O V E M E N T S

WHAT CAN I DO BETTER?

  • I need to limit the TV watching this week.
  • I need to disable apps on my phone.
  • I need to get back to working out.

U P D A T E S

This week was a depressed one.ツI didn’t have the energy to do much.

I’ve been reading Finish and Jon suggests we slash our goals in half.ツWe usually set goals with perfection in mind and get disappointedツwhen we don’t finish them.

By cutting them in half,ツwe can actually finish them or exceed our expectations.

So, this is what I’m doing. The updated goal amounts are reflected above.

I can’t shake this YouTube habit. Send help.
